I like the cover arts equally. I like sick because that has to be on of my favorite pictures of Anna, but Sick, Raymond + Anna + Guns = hot

XD but you're basing that solely on the cover art!
For the record, I tend to change album preference based on mood. A lot of people tell me they didn't like Je M'aime as much because it wasn't as "focused" but I fucking liked it...

If I had to pick one, I'd say Je M'aime. It has a more playful nature to it, which makes it easier for me to digest as a sit back and relax sort of album. Anna's voice is often closer to what I imagine would just be a typical conversation. After the first two tracks, it matters not how heavy the next songs are; the mood has been set.
With Sick, the ride is different. It feels more emotionally charged. More raw. Harder for me to just set and forget with this one; I'm almost pulled in, as if I must contribute. For me, again, it's Anna's voice. It's not as 'clean' as on Je M'aime (not saying it should be); but this surely contributes to the overall feel of the album. Great journey though, that's for sure.

Well that does sort of make sense, I mean looking at her relationship and the way her life was going from one album to another. I do sort of like the rawness to Anna's voice too, it's a little rough but still smooth enough that it doesn't get tedious like a Manson track or something. I'm really curious about Dog now though... if I didn't believe the interviews where she said it'd be "playful, friendly, etc." then Zoetica Ebb informing us of the track "The Kidnapping of Anna Wildsmith" sure as hell did... I get so impatient thinking about it...
